The Stainless Steel Oval Trivet is used inside the 9.5QT Oval Cast Iron Camp Oven to prevent food from burning and sticking to the base of the hot oven. When cooking meats it allows the fats to drip through to the bottom. Provides better convection airflow when cooking. Used for cooking roasts, damper, scones, cakes and more. Made from stainless steel.
