The Scanpan Spectrum 6 Piece Cutting Set comprises of a cutting board, 4 kitchen knives with sheaths (blade covers), and a knife sharpener (34cm x 23cm x 8mm Polypropylene Cutting Board, 18cm Cook’s, 18cm Bread, 14cm Santoku, 9cm Utility and a Knife/Shear Sharpener.) All of the knives come with a sheath (cover). These knives are made with high carbon stainless steel making them durable and have a non-stick coating making them easy to wash. We love these for camping because of these features, their quality, AND it's easy to know which knives belong to whom with the bright colours and recognisable brand (we always find this tricky when camping in groups).
